Reservation Policies Minimum Stays Minimum stays may be required during peak periods, weekends and holidays. Cancellation / Refund Policy Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to the arrival date will be guaranteed a refund less a $35.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be forfeited. We do not guarantee weather, nor do we refund for inclement weather. Arrival Check-in time is 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Reservations will be held until 6:00pm unless notified of a late arrival. Special arrangements must be made for late arrivals. Departure Check out time is promptly at 11:00am. Daily housekeeping services begin at 10:00am. No refunds for early departure. Guests departing prior to reserved length of time are charged for the entire number of nights reserved. Payment Method Cash, travelers checks, Visa and MasterCard. Checks can only be accepted for deposits. Deposits A 50% deposit or one nights lodging, whichever is greater, is required for all reservations. Balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Confirmation of your reservation and receipt of your deposit will be forwarded. |
